798 Huantie No. 1 Art District is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Beijing, and there are many tourists visiting in summer. Although the villa is located in a residential area, it is simply to build a family home that can provide privacy protection. The designer fulfilled the owner's request by placing the garage in front of the house, facing the street. Visitors must follow the path leading to the garage to enter the residence. The owner’s living space and the garden are connected by sliding glass doors, creating a boundary with nearby neighbors through the tall bushes surrounding the site.

Inside, there is a slender corridor the same length as the house, leading to the master bedroom suite and children's bedroom. A playroom separates the children’s area from the parents’ area and the rest of the family. The center of the whole plan is a space that integrates the kitchen, dining room and lounge area, and it faces the patio to the west. The main facilities in the house are concentrated in an internal public space, where people communicate and interact. To the north, there is a steel spiral staircase leading to the library, home office and outdoor platform. There is a skylight directly above, and a small balcony outside the stairs can be reached through a sliding door. This dramatic, light-filled balcony is inspired by the view of the winter garden here.
